From what I heard, it's like an obsession of something like a girl with glasses and big eyes. If that is what you mean. XDD
I don't really know but I think it's an obsession of something in an anime character or in real life. -shrugs-

Actually, the term 'moe' doesn't have to be towards a person.
It means cute, as in really REALLY cute, but it doesn't have to directed towrds a person. It could be like a situation, and object, etc. It just means super cute. lol
